Agreement Government Procurement

This methodology is still being tested in four ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam). Despite this progress, information on public procurement measures at the global level is weak; In particular, there is a lack of data and information on the types of discriminatory procurement measures implemented by Governments. To fill this gap, the OECD has developed a taxonomy of measures that affect government procurement and provide a classification system for different measures, guidelines and procedures that may affect cross-border government procurement.
